With 23 years of Public Works experience in the Town of Windsor, Brian rose through the ranks from seasonal employee to his current position of Deputy Director of Public Works. His boots on the ground approach to leadership has enabled him to experience what it’s like in the trenches as well as in the board room. Brian has earned over 40 certifications over his career covering many aspects of Public Works and is a member of the APWA Western Snow & Ice Conference and the National Snow Roadeo Committee.
