Mr. Edric Kwan PE

After 20 years of public service with over half of Edric’s time in public works director and city engineer roles for several San Francisco bay area public agencies, he returned last year to the consulting world as Senior Vice President for SCI Consulting Group to support public agencies with establishing and maintaining their revenue ballot measures. He knew firsthand the financial challenges of maintaining public infrastructure including dealing with costly emergency failures and now is part of the solution to help others. Edric graduated from UC Berkeley (Go Bears!) with a degree in civil engineering; currently serves on the national Committee on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for the American Public Works Association; and has traveled to 50+ countries in appreciation of different peoples, cultures, and landscapes.
