Janice has 19 years of experience in working in the Houston Public Works Department. She manages the city’s School Zone Program that consist of 12 school districts
and over 300 private school and the city’s Railroad Quiet Zone Program. Her dedication to student safety has been recognized by Houston Independent School District
Police Department with their Outstanding Service Award. She enjoys working closely with school Principals and their Police Departments making roadways safer for students travel
