Jay Burress PE, ENV. SP.

Jay Burress graduated from the University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and from the University of Kansas with a Master of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Jay has been with McClure for the past 22 years. During that time he has held a number of positions, but the primary emphasis has always been transportation-based projects, generally in the Kansas City metro area. Jay lives in Stilwell, KS with his wife. They have 3 grown daughters and as of July, 2022, one son-in-law.
