My name is Kenneth Harris, and I am the Superintendent of Maintenance for the Washtenaw County Road Commission, with over 10 years of experience in road maintenance. Before joining the Road Commission, I worked in the construction industry, where I gained hands-on experience in project management, equipment operation, and site supervision. Since joining the Road Commission, I’ve had the privilege of leading maintenance teams, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the safety and functionality of our roadways. I manage long-term maintenance plans, budget allocations, and collaborate with contractors to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards. I’m proud to bring my diverse experience and dedication to public service in my role, ensuring our maintenance continues to meet the needs of the community.
