Michael Duffy has worked in snow removal Operations in both County and City government for the past 25 years. He is currently Assistant Public Works Director at the City of Cedar Rapids. Mike served in the Army spending 3 years overseas before returning to Iowa to attend the University of Iowa where he earned a BS in Civil Engineering. Mike served as a member of the Iowa National Guard during his time at in college. Cedar Rapids is an APWA accredited Public Works Department.
